Engineering Dreams for Over 40 Years
Todd is a Licensed Engineer. In 1987 Todd graduated from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Shortly after graduating, Todd went to work for DeSimone Consulting Engineers in their New York office. DeSimone Consulting Engineers transferred Todd to open their San Francisco office in 1995. Todd managed the design teams for The Metreon and The Four Seasons hotel. After over a decade working for DeSimone, Todd moved to Sonoma County in 1998 and founded Green Engineering focusing more on Residential and Light Commercial building design.
